Here are my last civil war sketch cards for "The Civil War Chronicles" trading card set. This is a two piece puzzle card of Abraham Lincoln. Created with copics, watercolor, and some acrylic. I first airbrushed a few layers of a custom made yellowish brown color as the base, and drew on top of that. I then added the splatters but masked the main figure.

Robert E. Lee & Ulysses S. Grant two card puzzles for the Civil War Chronicles trading card set
Robert E. Lee
Ulysses S. Grant
For this set we were asked to make 50% of the cards we contributed into 2 piece puzzle cards (two cards that make up one picture). So here are two of my puzzles.
The first is of Robert E. Lee - I was less than thrilled about how this turned out, he looks a bit cartoonish.
The second is Ulysses S. Grant - I liked this one.
Both were done with copics, watercolors & acrylic.
mondays suck.....bye.
